How To Get Away With Murder

Hey everyone!!

So yeah, as you must be able to tell, I have an issue with series! I watch waaaaay too many of them!!
And this past week I started watching a new one that has got me SUPER ADDICTED!!!!!

And it is the new ABC series How To Get Away With Murder!

It just aired on Portuguese television, and even though I usually watch series on my computer (so I can keep up with them and watch the new episodes as they come out), I missed watching TV because, seriously, I barely do anymore!!
So I decided to watch this one on my living rooms big screen!
Even though I don't know how long this commitment will actually stand for, considering the series is very far behind in Portuguese TV and I have been resisting the urge to just watch all the other episodes that have already aired on my computer!



Now, I must say, I think that so far this series is nothing less than brilliant!!
The story is so crazy and intriguing, very very interesting! I mean I've never wanted to be a lawyer or anything, but I feel like it's a job you can't help to wonder about at some point!

And this isn't your old "lawyers and random cases and that's it" show! This one has the main characters doing much more than just being on a court room... Trust me!

Cast wise, I must mention the beautiful Viola Davis, of course! She is, as usual, doing an outstanding job! This amazing woman is such a talented actress, it's hard not to love anything she does!
And also, I find her character particularly interesting: she's a cold and rough woman at work, yet, instead of just having her be this flat and stereotyped, they added a very human and sensitive side to her, rare yet easily noticed.

I also must mention Alfred Enoch's performance! Can I just say how much I adore his character?
It's so interesting as well because he has this adorable look in most scenes, yet he can look very very scary at some point (I don't wanna spoil it so I won't explain any further, but if you watch you'll understand!).
Still, he's just so cute!!

Actually... it doesn't!! It isn't just the fact that Jack Falahee is extremely hot (which he is... extremely!), but he is also such a good and promising actor! I became a fan of him watching Twisted (which btw should NEVER have been canceled!! Still so mad about it... comment if you were a fan too!!), but I will say the more I see of him, the bigger of a fan I become!

And last but not least, I had to mention Katie Findlay, aka The Carrie Diaries' (again, another series that should never have been canceled...) Maggie... yep, you read that right, that goth girl you see in the pic once played careless and feminine Maggie Landers...
But I will say, Katie, goth looks nice on you!! Well... everything looks nice on you doesn't it??
I have seen enough to know that her character is a really big one, so I'm very exited to see what's to come!!



There are many other characters and cast members that are amazing, but there are the ones that stood out to me the most so far!
But all characters are super interesting and did deserve something written about them! I'm just to lazy to write about them all so just chose my current favs... haha lazy me!!

Bottom line, I am LOVING this show and I really cannot wait too see what more surprising revelations will happen on the next episodes!! I'm just so exited!!!
