I can't fall easily into sleep unless I'm either literally out of any bit of energy, or someone hits me in the head with a rolling pin!
And lately, this has gotten worst and worst!
Staying up until 2am every night (even if I had to wake up at 7am) was a habit already, but now I can't seem to fall into dreaming land until at least 4am!!
I'm truly tired of it...
And yes, I've done breathing exercises, read a book, drank warm tea, I even counted sheep for Heaven's sake!!
So I'm asking you, YOU who are reading this: if you have any suggestion, PLEASE tell me in the comments!!
Or I think sooner or latter I'll go cray cray!
